Petsas Restaurant vs Crazy Spoon
These two teams ended up Crazy Spoon 9, Petsas Restaurant 6 after the 1st leg. With Crazy Spoon having their minus 3 handicap, this 2nd leg started 6 – 6.
The 1st match of the evening was between Canadian Mike for the Restaurant team and Tony Palmer for Spoon. A close match 1 – 1, a third game was played, which Tony managed to claim in another close encounter.

The 2nd match was a battle between Achileas and Sandy. Achileas potting shone through and took a 2-0 win and all 3 points for the Restaurant.

Alexis for Petsas took on the mighty Stafan for Spoons in the 3rd match. Stefan showed the standard prowess and potting ability we have become used to and took both games and 3 points for Crazy Spoons.

Match 4 was between Petsas Captain Dimitris and Allan from Spoons. After two games the score was level. The third game was another close game, but it was Dimitris who came through and gain two more points for his team.
Score now Petsas Restaurant 12 – Spoons 12
This game is proving so tight with both teams bringing everything to the match. The 5th match was a contest between Giorgos for Petsas and Luke for Spoons. After another close two games, the third was required to decide a winner. In this match Luke took the spoils of the match.
Score now was Petsas 13 – Spoons 14 with just one more match to play
This final match was massive as either could still win the Plate Final. Petsas needed the full 3 points to win, Spoons just two points. This last big match was between Pampos for Petsas and Spoons captain Andrew. After a very tense first two games it was 1-1 and a big last game for both teams. This one point would be a win for Spoons. Alternatively, one point for Petsas would take Spoons to another playoff, having previously experienced this new playoff in the Semi Final against another Petsas Team, Petsas Rangers. Pampos managed to win this last game
Score after the six singles a draw at 15 – 15 and an impending sudden death playoff
The match required just one more frame to decide the 2026 Plate Knockout Final. This frame was played between Captain of Petsas Demetris and Stefan from Crazy spoons. Stefan played his incredible standard to take this last game and victory for Crazy spoons.
Congratulations to Crazy Spoons on winning the Plate Knockout Final. Also well done to Petsas Restaurant for making it such an entertaining match and last leg ultimately being pipped to the post at the last minute.
