THE MEETING PUB vs PETSAS RANGERS
The 1st match of the evening saw Meeting Pub barman Mo against top of the stats man Chris. After only two fames it was Chris’s potting prowess that was the difference to take the match 0-2 and the first 3 points to Rangers. The 2nd match of the evening saw Terry (Big T), The Meeting Pub’s newly transferred player from Petsas Rangers, take on Mark P. After two close frames the score was 1-1, so a final frame was required to pick the winner. Another close game, but it was Big T who potted the black to gain 2 points for Meeting pub. The 3rd contest of the evening was little Lee against Pete. Lee started and duly finished this match within the first 2 frames to gain 3 points for The Meeting Pub.

Match four saw Bob take on Mark F. Mark’s exceptional potting in both games gave him a 0-2 victory and 3 points for Petsas. Match five of the evening was between Glyn and John (on his final match before leaving for his 1st home back in Spain). Glyn’s Nemesis did it again and took the win 0-2 and another 3 points for Rangers, and the victory on the night.

The last match of the evening was between new landlord Gary and Petsas stalwart Terry. Two good matches were played, but it was Terry’s precision potting that made the difference and the 0-2 win and the last 3 points to Petsas.

PETSAS RESTAURANT vs ACES SPORTS BAR
Unfortunately, Aces could only manage 5 players and their mascot Princess Phoebe. However, due to Paphos8ball rules a 6th player would be randomly selected from their available team.
Match one of the evening was a battle of wills between Achilleos for Petsas and Panos for Aces. After two frames and a score line of 1-1 meant a third game decider was required. This final frame was won by Acilleos to give The Restaurant the 2 points. Contest two featured Canadian Mike against Billy. After just two frames it was Mike who took the win and the 3 points for Petsas. The 3rd match of the evening was between Roy and Rob. Again after only two games it was Roy who won both and another 3 points for Petsas Restaurant team.
Score line now Petsas 8 - Aces 1
Aces had to win all remaining matches to take the win on the night. The 4th match of the evening was between Pambos and Aces landlord Spyros. After just 2 games it was a 0-2 win for Spyros keeping Aces’ chance to win on the night still viable. The 5th match of the evening featured Aristos against Frenchy, but it was not to be Aces’ night as Aristos won both games to give The Restaurant 3 points and the win on the night. The last match saw Petsas GM Dimitris take on Aces randomly selected player Spyros (ha,ha). The 1st two frames were 1 – 1. The 3rd and final frame of the whole evening went the way of Dimitris who claimed the 2 points.

THE GODFATHER vs CRAZY SPOON
(Played at Crazy Spoon due to The Godfather being closed due to the Easter holidays).
Crazy Spoons start on -2, due to handicap system. Match one of the evening was between Steve from The Godfather and Dave for Crazy Spoon. Dave’s potting prowess shone through to take the match 0-2 and the first 3 points to Crazy Spoon. Match two was between Sway and Sandy. After two frames a 1-1 score line meant a third frame was required to have a winner. This final frame was won by Sandy to give Crazy Spoon another two points. The 3rd match was a contest between The Godfathers new signing Danny Brierley and Spoons owner Stefan.

After two hard fought frames the scores were level in the 4th match. The final game was then won by Stefan to gain 2 points for Spoons. Match four was between Captain Kellie and Tony. After only two frames it was a 0-2 win for Tony and three more points for Crazy Spoons. Match 5 was between Bailey and Luke. Again, after only two frames it was a win for Luke and three more points for Spoons. The last match of the evening was between Simon and Spoons Captain Andy. This last game was a 0-2 for Andy and the final 3 points to Crazy Spoons.
