The Summer Season is Here…
Our 3rd season is about to commence with seven teams including 2 new ones and another relocated to a new bar. Welcome to our venues for the Summer Season...
The new season runs from 17th June through to mid September. At Crazy Spoons we have a second team, The Crazy Gang, with captain Lee Setterfield, The Godfather Team have moved to a lovely new bar, Noor in Peyia. The Meeting Bar is under new management with both owners, Gary & Mikey leading their team, a new team at Two Pints and a Half in Paphos, and the two teams at Petsas, the Petsas Restaurant Team and Petsas Rangers.
Petsas are the teams to beat in this new season. Petsas Rangers won, with Petsas Restaurant in 2nd place, but never underestimate Crazy Spoons who will be chomping at the bit for their 2nd League win to add to their Winter League title. But we have some unknowns with the new teams... and they are looking strong too. It really could be anyone's league to win.
The Battle for the Leading Player
In the Spring Season we saw Aristos (Petsas Restaurant) winning the Leading Player just ahead from Chris (Petsas Rangers). Will they have a rematch or will other players vie for the best player of the Summer Season?
All in all it looks like a very challenging Summer Season is ahead of us... so READY, STEADY..... GOOOO!
